CRIP 860, rebuilt from CRIP 867 baggage - express, originally NYC PS 22-Roomette 10416 "Peekskill Bay." Car went on to become Ringling Bros. but I don't have the car's number at present.

I am sorry but I am wrong... although listed as such this car did not go to the circus along with the other cars in this series.
